About the productNori seaweed

Nori is the dried leaves of edible seaweed that are widely used in Japanese cuisine. They are grown, harvested, processed and pressed into thin plates of dark green or almost black colour.

They are most commonly used to make sushi and rolls, but they are also added to miso soups, salads, side dishes and as a condiment to various dishes. They can be served as a snack or used to garnish dishes.
