Thin slices of young ginger marinated in a special marinade. This ginger has a pungent, spicy taste that is enhanced by a sweet aftertaste.
It is used as a seasoning to add a spicy flavour to dishes and in preparation for the next dish. Refreshes the mouth and cleanses the taste buds. Perfectly complements sushi and rolls.
