We offer sweet sliced young ginger that was pickled in vinegar and sugar. Flavor is pungent and spicy. Pickled ginger is usually eaten between dishes. It refreshes mouth cavity and cleans taste buds.

Ginger is ready to eat. Before eating the vinegar pickle should be removed. Though it is important not to squeeze the liquid, otherwise ginger slices will be too dry and not crunchy. After a package is opened, it must be kept in a fringe in the vinegar pickle at temperature of +2 to +4 degrees.
