Tiger shrimp is a large shrimp with delicate flavour and dense structure of meat. Shrimp heads are already removed, thus product yield is maximum. Shrimps have pleasant sweetish flavour.

Shrimps should be defrosted in cooling water at +12 to +14 degrees. Before cooking, it is required to remove a digestive tract. Then they should be cooked in boiling salted water for 1.5-2 minutes. It is very important not to overcook shrimps, otherwise their meat will be tough and dry.
